In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ak786 website accessible at ak786.org, including all associated pages, features, games, sports betting markets, and account services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who registers for or uses an ak786 account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the ak786 registration process.

ak786 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. Any winnings obtained prior to the completion of age verification may be voided if verification fails.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) ak786 account only. The registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where ak786 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. ak786 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided at registration.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ak786 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ak786 immediately via the Live Chat support function or by contacting support at the email address provided in Section 15.

ak786 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

ak786 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ak786 does not impose a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. The minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to your account are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, household, device, or IP address applies unless stated otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on ak786 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before participation.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and other markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ak786 is not liable for any technical delay between odds changes and the time your bet is received.
• ak786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules applicable to that sport and market.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at ak786's discretion. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.

With respect to casino games and slots:

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random and independent of prior results.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to players.
• ak786 is not liable for any loss of internet connectivity during gameplay. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak786 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of games or sports events.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the ak786 platform or its software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ak786 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.

All content on the ak786 platform — including but not limited to the ak786 name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak786 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use the ak786 name, logo, or branding for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of ak786's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright and trademark laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak786, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond ak786's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data stored on the platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate odds or game information where an obvious error has occurred and has been corrected in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ak786's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ak786 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to protect vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from their account settings dashboard:

ak786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit account balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be closed. Accounts with a remaining balance will be notified before closure.

Where an account is closed by ak786 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

ak786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ak786 will notify registered Players via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's account, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the ak786 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure prior to the effective date.
